Our Process

Assessment

We assess your movement, strength and perform clinical tests to diagnose your injury.

Diagnosis

We ensure you understand your injury, our plan & what treatment options are available. We can send for x-rays, ultrasounds and onto specialists for MRIs.

Treatment

We may include massage, needling, cupping, joint mobilizations, rehab or a referral for imaging.

Rehab & strengthening

We provide you a program to restore strength, movement & stability and to prevent further injury as best we can.

Does my knee need an X-ray or MRI?

Not all injuries require imaging, but we can refer if we suspect you may need something beyond physio. We also refer if we haven’t quite gotten a diagnosis yet.
