Physical WOF

A Physical WOF (Warrant of Fitness) analyses your movement patterns to identify weaknesses, imbalances, or potential injury risks. It's a proactive way to understand how your body moves, helping to prevent future injuries and optimize your performance. By gathering real numbers & results from this assessment, physiotherapists can pinpoint specific areas for improvement, enabling anyone—from athletes to everyday individuals—to move better and enhance their overall physical capabilities.

How does it work?

MOVEMENT ANALYSIS

Your physiotherapist will go through a quick screen with you, uncovering your goals and injury history. You'll be warmed up in our gym before we take you through a battery of tests to analysis your posture and biomechanics."

STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE TESTING

We test your dynamic movement (jumping, landing, balance, stability) and strength on our VALD performance equipment.

REAL RESULTS & INTERPRETATION

Results time. We’ll provide you with a free APP to download to keep your results and we can retest anytime you choose. We’ll provide insight and advice into how to strengthen and address any weaknesses or risks to injury we come across. Should you book in again, we can upload your plan (strength program) onto the app for easy access.

  • A full WOF (up to an hour) $89, Mini WOF (up to 30 mins) $59.

  • No, we test everyone of all levels of fitness. We are the right health professionals to guide you through the testing, ensuring you’re safe and comfortable.

  • Please come in comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear. The Physical WOF includes jumping so sports shoes and shorts or exercise pants are recommended.

  • Absolutely. We can tailor it to your injury and perform low level tests that will not aggravate you. Even better, we gain real data as a starting point to address and fix your injury.
