Molly Garvin

Physiotherapist

I had a degree in Microbiology before going on to study Physiotherapy at King's College London. I enjoy the problem-solving aspect of MSK, the hands-on treatment, and helping clients build strength and confidence as they progress.

Sport has always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing hurdling (Ireland’s national sport and one of the fastest field sports in the world), alongside swimming, and I’ve also completed a marathon. Having experienced the demands of training and the frustration of injury myself, I understand how important it is to have a rehabilitation plan that is not only effective but realistic and tailored to you.

I believe rehab should fit around your interests and lifestyle. Whether that’s returning to competitive sport, keeping up with your children, or simply moving pain-free day to day!

Ideal weekend: Having a matcha to start my morning and meeting some friends, going for a long hike/walk with some nice views and going for a swim!
