AcupunctureBased on traditional eastern medicine, we use fine sterile needles into specific points to restore overall balance in the body, promote healing and calm the nervous system. This supports recovery, sleep, stress and is a broader approach to enhancing your health.
Needles are left in for 5-15 minutes and is a fairly gentle, relaxing treatment.

Dry needlingBased on western medicine, we target specific tight parts of your muscles to relieve pain, restore range of motion and improve function. The needle is generally in and out fairly quickly and can produce twitches and a dull ache as the tension releases. You’ll soon have more movement, power and range than before!

Acupuncture is currently not offered as a standalone treatment but instead is part of our general physiotherapy sessions under ACC or Private. We blend needling with massage, joint work & strength to reinforce long term change.
