Through rapid movement, we can have inflammation and stiffness and joints, limiting movement and causing us pain. In the upper ribs area it might be hard to take a deep breath or certain movements trigger pain. We can release muscular tension and mobilize joints to get you moving pain free again.
-
Pain running down one or both legs can be termed “sciatic”. Sometimes it comes from a disc bulge, other times from nerve impingement from poor joint mobility or muscular function. We prescribe specific nerve exercises and use hands on work to get rid of sciatica for good.
